If you are not completely satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss options for a replacement or refund. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they were purchased from this website. Please contact the stockist that you purchased the item from if you didn’t purchase directly from me. I can only refund delivery costs when an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. Please note I do not refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind.
